Emirates Stallions Group (ESG) and property developer Q Holding have formed a joint venture called Century Village to develop and manage a staff accommodation project worth $87 million in Abu Dhabi.
The project will provide holistic housing solutions for employees in various industries including healthcare, transportation, hospitality, and more.
The Reem Hills Staff Accommodation project, which will cater to approximately 5,000 staff, will be constructed by GBH International Contracting, and Royal Development Company will manage the development of the project.
ESG, a subsidiary of International Holding Company, manages 15 subsidiaries in various industries and reported $233 million in revenues for 2022 with net profit growth of 150.4%.
