Vodafone has reportedly enlisted the services of investment bank Morgan Stanley to assess the available options for its Spanish division, according to unidentified sources in a report by Spanish newspaper Expansion.
Vodafone's CEO, Margherita Della Valle, had previously announced that the company's management is open to "structural change", and a strategic review has been initiated to determine the future of its Spanish unit. However, both Vodafone and Morgan Stanley declined to comment on the report.
