In her new role, Nectaria will be responsible for managing human resources initiatives within Markets.com. This includes recruiting talented individuals, developing employee benefits programs, managing employee relations, payroll administration, and training and development.
Nectaria brings years of experience in human resources, recruitment and change management. Prior to joining Markets.com, she held senior HR roles at international companies operating in the financial services and fintech sectors.
