Abdullah Al-Othaim Investment Company of Saudi Arabia decided to increase the company's capital by 500 million riyals, divided into 50 million shares through the distribution of bonus shares at the rate of one new share for each two shares, bringing the company's capital to 1,500,000,000 riyals, an increase of 50%.
The company also decided to distribute interim cash dividends to shareholders at the rate of two riyals per share, with a total amount of 200 million riyals, representing 20% of the nominal value of the shares, from the balance of the carryover dividends.
Abdullah Al-Othaim Investment Company achieved net profits at the end of the nine months ended September 30, 2022, approaching 220 million riyals, achieving an increase of 37% compared to the same period.
