Commercial International Bank – Egypt (CIB), Egypt's largest private sector bank, has signed a financing agreement with the Arab Construction Company (ACC) for a credit facility of up to EGP 3 billion or its equivalent in foreign currency, to support it in the implementation of its joint ventures with the private sectors in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
The signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of Arab Construction Company (ACC) in Abu Dhabi, which was attended by Amr El Ganainy, CIB's Chief Corporate Officer, Yasser Abdulla, CIB's Head of Corporate Relations Group, and members of the Corporate Relations and Credit teams.
The Arab Construction Company (ACC) is one of the largest contracting companies specialized in the field of construction and urban construction in the Middle East, where it began its work since 1967, and operates in the region through 12 branches in different countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan, India, in addition to many West African countries, including Ivory Coast, Senegal, Benin, Cameroon, and Guinea.
